ISMTA Newsletter Policy

Quarterly newsletters are made available for download on this page in January, April, and July of each year. (We do not do a Fall newsletter due to our enlarged workload at that time with our Annual Conference preparations.) We regret that we no longer mail out our handsome printed copies, but the move to an electronic format has saved ISMTA thousands of dollars per year. Your understanding is very much appreciated.

All current members for whom we have an e-mail address on file will receive an e-mail letting them know when each new edition is posted for download. It is thus critical that we have your current e-mail address on hand. If any of your contact info has changed recently, or if you are not sure if the e-mail address on file is correct, please contact MTNA by sending email to MTNAweb@mtna.org. You need not contact Matt at the ISMTA Central Office. All aspects of our ISMTA membership database are now handled exclusively by MTNA.

If you do not have access to e-mail, we've provisions to print a few copies for the small number of members who do not use e-mail. You must request to be added to that list by calling Justin at the ISMTA Central Office (217-398-4199). Please note that by receiving your newsletter electronically you are saving the organization a lot of money every year!

Do you know an ISMTA member who does not use the web? If so, please share the above information with them. Encourage them to call the Central Office so we can add their name to our "printed copy list." We do not want any member to be left out by this change in policy.
